Projections are scored under FanDuel's own rules and lean on prior-season form wherever this season has little to read yet — the basis column says which kind each one is. Wind and the injury report are applied on top, with every multiplier named on the row it moved; anyone listed Out or on IR is left out of the lineup entirely rather than scored down, and enters one only if you add him yourself. Practice reports land Wednesday and the designations land Friday, so a slate read earlier in the week carries fewer flags than the same slate carries on Saturday — an unbadged row before Friday is a report that has not been filed, not a clean bill of health. No matchup adjustment is applied: this repo's own backtest found a prior-season defensive term made projections slightly worse, so it is deliberately absent until a current-season version can be measured.
